Good news, one of the perps in the Mr Lonely case was arrested. He appeared in court and is out on bail. Apparently if you have a fixed place of abode, they cannot hold you BUT at least the process has started, now just to get the other two.

To answer some of your questions – once the perps have been arrested, we intend to take it to the media and to Name & Shame, this way the rest of the carting community will know not to touch them with a barge pole. We will also be opposing bail. The APA states a fine or prison term dependant on the case, we will go for the harshest of penalities and also ask that they are not allowed to own, drive or come near a horse. We do regular patrols around Freedom Farm and home visits but alas we cannot be everywhere all the time. Thanks once again for your support!
