This is Jacky’s second visit to the R&R. The first time she was confiscated was due to her wandering habits, the owner failing to keep Jacky and her mother safe.

After the first confiscation, he did made some effort to keep the horses contained, but the second time around, Jacky was confiscated for condition.

The mare has never been in harness, but that was no reason to turn a blind eye to a thin horse. Jacky is very nervous, but active and playful. If she is ‘rude’, blame it on her being a chestnut mare. They tend to have a certain reputation!
