Trigger is beautiful, but suffers from badly broken hooves. He comes in very regularly to be shod, and our farrier  Ashley Deelman, advised the owner to let Trigger rest, giving his hooves time to grow.

Trigger’s owner Mr. De Kock is a good owner, which is why CHPA offered to assist and moved Trigger to our Recovery & Rehabilitation Centre. Whilst Trigger is at the R&R, his hooves are being treated and he is enjoying some time out.

Trigger knows he is beautiful, and is consequently very full of himself! 

At stable time, he plays games with the grooms, giving them the runaround before allowing himself to be caught :)
