Diana is on all night watch tonight … Little Lilly has mild colic and was trucked to the R&R this evening. All good so far.

Little Lilly is soooo sweet. She comes from a very good owner who treats his horses like family and at home is always surrounded by people and other horses. This afternoon when the clinic was over and Diana and Karin were patrolling, everything was really quite at Epping, only Megan and Kathrine in the office. She would neigh and then we would go and give her a pat and spend some time and then she would be OK. All she needed was some reassurance that she was not alone and that with people that still cared, so far away from home.
Like a child in hospital after Mom and Dad have gone home after visiting hours …. Horses are just too amazing!
